We went to New Orleans this weekend for Parrain and Aunt Laurie’s engagement party. I spent the night at Nanny’s house while Mommy and Papa attended the party. We had a ball! I got a Saints balloon, two new toys, we ate cake, and I got to play with all of her furry pets. Thank you for having me over Nanny!

Mommy and I visited the Houma public library this weekend. The children’s section is great. I kind of felt like I was at the children’s museum. Mommy tried to read to me, but I could only sit still through about 3 pages. I just wanted to play. Can you blame me?!

I hurt JuJu’s eye when I threw a ball at her, so we had to take her to the eye doctor. Bon Pa and I played in his truck while waiting. It is just like a jungle gym.

I went to play at the camp this week so that Mommy could rest up and get better. Bon Pa refers to me as his piece of velcro because the minute I wake up in the morning I want to be in his arms, doing whatever he is doing. I follow him around and assist him with whatever projects he is working on. He lets me do pretty much whatever I want. I love you JuJu and Bon Pa!

Mommy was very sick this week and that left Papa and I on our own. All I can say is…we did the best we could. We made a huge mess and wore T-shirts all week, but we survived. Nanny came to sleep while Mommy was at the hospital. She is our savior when we get into a bind. We love you Nanny!
