Birthday Girl

Happy Birthday to our sweet sweet Abigail!  This was only the beginning of her birthday celebrations…a pre-party before Mommy left for her trip.

NOLA Sunday

So serious…getting a previous winner’s opinion.

We met Addie, Coke, Beau, and Laurie on Sunday at Lakeview Harbor.  Always nice to end our weekends with lunch in New Orleans.  The kids slept the whole way home :)

“My Jude”

Owen asked if “my Jude” could come over and play, so we had pizza night and a play date.  The boys went wild and played upstairs, downstairs, in the barn, in Owen’s room, and in our feet.  They had so much fun together and we always enjoy the Showalter’s company.  We had to break up a few wrestling matches, but all in all it was a successful play date.  After our company left Owen told me “I just love my Jude.”  Too cute!

4th of July

The kids spent the 4th of July holiday in Texas with Bon Pa, JuJu, and Addie.  They had a blast.  Fireworks, bike rides, golf carts, puppy dogs, swimming, visit to Bon Pa’s office…all the usual fun activities that JuJu fills their time with.  Owen was reluctant to come home, but sweet Abigail was missing her Momma.  Owen told me when he got home that he was glad to be home, but in a few days would he would be ready to go back to Texas.  It’s a great life with Bon Pa and JuJu!
